WILMORE, Ky. - The No. 2-seeded IU Southeast volleyball team was defeated by No. 3-seed and tournament host, Asbury College 3-0 in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) Volleyball Tournament Semifinals on Saturday afternoon in Wilmore, Ky.

The Eagles of Asbury swept IU Southeast and moved into the finals for the second straight year. Hindered by illness at the end of the season, IU Southeast finishes its season with an overall record of 23-12. The Grenadiers went 7-1 overall in the KIAC during the regular season under first year head coach Lesley Duruy-Prather.

WILMORE, Ky. - The IU Southeast volleyball team will be a No. 2-seed in this weekend's Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) Volleyball Tournament at Asbury College in Wilmore, Ky.

Under first year Head Coach Lesley Drury-Prather, the Grenadiers finished the regular season with a 22-11 overall record. The team finished 7-1 in the KIAC with its lone loss coming to IU East last weekend in Richmond.

IU Southeast will face No. 7 Brescia University (3-19, 2-6 KIAC) at 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13 in the tournament quarterfinals.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - IU Southeast senior volleyball player Stacey Flatt has been named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) Volleyball Player of the Week for October 26 - November 1.

Flatt is a 5-foot-4 setter from Louisville, Ky. (Pleasure Ridge Park). Last week Flatt led IU Southeast by averaging 10.7 assists per set in two matches against two NCAA Division II opponents. Flatt also had 41 assists in the Grenadiers' win over Oakland City University on senior night.

NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The Indiana University Southeast volleyball team defeated Oakland City 3-1 on Thursday night (Oct. 27) at home on senior night for the volleyball program.

The Grenadiers defeated the visiting Mighty Oaks of Oakland City: 25-23, 26-28, 25-20, 25-22.

The IU Southeast volleyball team is now 21-9 (.700) overall and 6-0 in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC).

NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The Indiana University Southeast volleyball team defeated Kentucky Wesleyan College 3-0 on Tuesday night (Oct. 25) at home.

The Grenadiers defeated the visiting Panthers of Kentucky Wesleyan: 25-15, 25-20, 25-15.

The IU Southeast volleyball team is now 20-9 (.690) overall and 6-0 in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC).
