        <title>[Softball] Grenadier Softball Picks Up Two Wins Against St. Catharine College</title>

        <description>&lt;div align=left&gt;NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The Indiana University Southeast softball program picked up two non-conference wins today over St. Catharine College. The Grenadiers defeated the visiting Patriots of St. Catharine 10-2 in five innings during the first game of the Sunday doubleheader. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the second game of the day, the Grenadiers pulled out a 5-1 victory over St. Catharine as the rain began to fall over the Koetter Sports Softball Complex. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;IU Southeast sophomore Kayla Duke (4-3) earned her third and fourth wins of the season to lead the Grenadiers to victory in both games. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

        <title>[Baseball] Baseball Extends Winning Streak to 15; Sweeps Series with Berea</title>

        <description>&lt;div align=left&gt;NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The Indiana University Southeast baseball team extended its record setting winning streak to 15 games on Saturday as the Grenadiers completed the series sweep over Berea College. The Grenadiers defeated the visiting Mountaineers of Berea 12-2 in five innings during the first game of the day. The offensive attack did not fall off in the second game of the doubleheader as the Grenadiers out-scored Berea 13-0 to win in five innings. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The IU Southeast baseball team has not lost a game since Feb. 28 when the team fell on the road to Lindenwold University. With today's victories, the Grenadiers have swept this year's conference regular-season series with Berea. &lt;/div&gt;</description>

On Friday (3/20), the Grenadiers defeated Berea College 9-0 to remain undefeated in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) with a 2-0 conference record. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last week, IU Southeast defeated Brescia University 5-4 at the University of Louisville Bass-Rudd Tennis Center. Brescia is currently ranked 2&lt;SUP&gt;nd&lt;/SUP&gt; in the region and is the only KIAC team receiving votes in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Men's Tennis Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The Grenadiers defeated Berea 14-5 to extend its consecutive win streak record to 12 games. With the win, the Grenadiers slash the 11-game consecutive win streak that they set during last season. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The 12-game record did not last long as IU Southeast extended it to 13 games during the second game of the doubleheader with a 21-11 victory over Berea. The Grenadiers fell to the visiting Blue Raiders 7-5 in the first game of the day. The Grenadiers did not get discouraged by the loss in the first game and came out swinging in the second game, defeating Lindsey Wilson 5-1. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The IU Southeast softball team is currently 9-7 overall and an undefeated 2-0 in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC). The Grenadiers now have a 6-2 record at home this season with its only home losses coming to Taylor University and today against Lindsey Wilson. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

        <title>[Softball] Grenadier Senior Softball Player Enjoys Helping Others</title>

        <description>&lt;div align=left&gt;NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- Since she was 6 years old, Tara Denzik, senior first baseman for the IU Southeast&amp;nbsp;softball team, has played and loved the game of softball. She said she enjoys the time spent with her team and said softball helps her to keep in shape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Denzik said she attributes her accomplishments to her parents because they have helped her a lot along the way. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&quot;I was adopted and my parents are great,&quot; Denzik said. &quot;I probably wouldn't be where I am if I wasn't adopted.&quot; Denzik's mom is a special education teacher at Butler High School in Louisville. When Denzik was in the fourth grade, her mom took her to school with her where she first interacted with the special education students.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

With the score 24-20, Bellevue held the Grenadiers to just one field goal over the final 8:30 to take a 33-24 lead into halftime.
