LOUISVILLE, Ky. - IU Southeast junior Whitney Duncan has been named Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week for November 9 - November 15. Duncan is the first women's basketball player this season to earn player of the week honors in the KIAC.

Duncan is a 5-foot point guard from Louisville, Ky. (Moore High School). Last week averaged 13.7 points per game on the week. Her total included 13 points scored in loss against Lindsey Wilson College, ranked 17th in the NAIA Division I Coaches' Poll. Duncan helped lead IU Southeast to a victory over Grace College with 15 points, six assists and three steals.
