NEW ALBANY, Ind. – The IU Southeast volleyball team kept it close against Lindsey Wilson but fell in four sets at home on Thursday night as the Blue Raiders got their eighth win in a row.
The Grenadiers (7-6, 4-2 KIAC) lost 25-20, 25-19, 25-27, 25-23. Jade Troutman and Sara Schum led IU Southeast with nine kills apiece. Senior PJ Cockerell had seven kills and five total blocks.
Meaghen Tompkins and Stephanie Bradshaw each had 15 assists for IU Southeast.
Lindsey Wilson's (10-6, 3-0 MSC) Courtney Doyle had a match-high 15 kills. Kailey Moorhead and Taylor Hayne had 11 kills each.
The Grenadiers head to Asbury on Tuesday for a 7 p.m. match. IU Southeast returns home next Thursday for a 7 p.m. match against Spalding University.
