IU Southeast - Thu, May. 31, 2012

NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The Indiana University Southeast Athletic Department is pleased to announce the recipients of the IU Southeast Athletic Director's Honor Roll recognition for the 2012 spring semester.

The Athletic Director's Honor Roll recognizes the outstanding academic accomplishments of IU Southeast student-athletes. To earn recognition, student-athletes must achieve at least a 3.0 grade point average for a semester. Below is an index of each student-athlete who is earning Athletic Director's Honor Roll recognition this semester.

Three Grenadier student-athletes had 4.0 GPAs this semester: Katherine Clark and Kelsey Wisman of the women's tennis team and Stephanie Bradshaw of the volleyball team. The women's tennis team had the highest team GPA (3.4) for the third-straight semester.

"These student-athletes were successful on the field and, more importantly, in the classroom this semester," said Athletic Director Joe Glover. "While it is important for all of our programs to succeed academically, the women's tennis team should be especially proud of averaging the highest team GPA for three consecutive semesters."
