LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The 2009 Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) Fall Preseason Coaches' polls were released on Wednesday for the six sports sponsored in the fall season. The votes are from KIAC head coach responses for regular season finish of the teams.

In women's tennis, IU Southeast, Midway and Brescia are picked in that order to lead the conference in 2009. IU Southeast won the title over Midway in last season.

Under first year head coach Jenni Walters, the Grenadiers open their fall season on September 13 when they compete with Bellarmine University in Louisville for a 10 a.m. match. IU Southeast returns six players from last year's squad who finished 11-5 overall and 7-0 in the conference.

The first IU Southeast home match is set for September 23 when the Grenadiers take on Midway College at 5 p.m.
