NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The Asbury University Eagles ended IU Southeast's four match winning streak 3-1 Tuesday night.
IU Southeast was able to take the first game 25-17 before Asbury took the next three games 25-17, 25-18 and 27-25.
Freshman
Sara Schum (Louisville, Ky.) continued her strong first campaign with a match-high 17 kills. Freshman
Meaghen Tompkins (Louisville, Ky.) added 43 assists for the Grenadiers.
IU Southeast is back in action tomorrow night when they go on the road to Oakland City for an 8 pm match. The Grenadiers host a tri-match on Saturday against Berea and Union. The first match- Berea vs IU Southeast -begins at 10 am.
