IU Southeast baseball has a bright future.
Join Indiana University Southeast and the Clark-Floyd Counties Convention and Tourism Bureau as we celebrate the addition of our new field lighting.
IU Southeast will premiere its new field lighting at the Koetter Sports Baseball Complex at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 14. The lighting was made possible through a generous gift from the Clark-Floyd Counties Convention and Tourism Bureau.
Following the ceremony, IU Southeast will take on Bellarmine University under the lights for a single nine-inning game beginning at 6 p.m.
IU Southeast began its season with the best start in recent Grenadier baseball history. Earlier this season, IU Southeast shattered the record books with a 15-game consecutive winning streak.
The Grenadiers are currently 25-11 overall and 10-2 in Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
Before cheering on the Grenadiers against Bellarmine, guests can enjoy food, prizes, and fun at the field lighting celebration, culminating with the throw of the first switch.
In the event of rain, the celebration will be held April 16 at 6:30 p.m. Check
