NEW ALBANY, Ind. - Women's tennis lost its first regular season conference match in 18 years in a decisive 9-0 loss to Asbury.

The Grenadiers (8-8, 3-1 RSC) struggled from the start with the closest doubles match coming at the No. 1 position from Alexis Applegate and Dana Frank.  In singles action, Alexis Applegate almost pulled out a point for the Grenadiers with a 2-6, 6-2, 10-7 loss.  Overall, it was just a rough day for the women's team but they will look to bounce back with a trip to Alice Lloyd Sunday
